This paper studies how property taxation affects homeownership across generations, examining whether fiscal reforms can affect households differentially based on their age and reshape the intergenerational distribution of homeownership.

Beyond Multipliers: Distributional Income Effects of Government Spending in the Euro Area

This project examines how fiscal policy affects income growth across the income distribution. We study how government spending shocks impact household income growth, distinguishing between government consumption and investment.
